Nowadays it is hard to keep a healthy life style with all that we have to do. Nonetheless we have some recommendations:
- As everyone knows, DRINK WATER, feeling thirsty means you are already too late.
- Eat a balanced meal! in our food section you will find easier ways to achieve this.
- Wear suntan lotion, the burn of today may be the tan of tomorrow, but it most definitely is the wrinkles of the next and might be the cancer of a future (hey, this is my opinion based on many facts). So my recommendation? Always have suntan lotion avaliable. I have in my car and my backpack!
- Keep active, now we know this is one of the hardest, it is very time consuming. And that is why we are providing you with a couple of workouts that are as complete as the time limitations. Just keep reading
WORKOUTS
Our seven minute workout: Ok, 7 minutes is not much, but it is better than nothing! there are actually some apps that you can download to your phone with many workouts of this length. If you feel like you have time, go for a 15 minute run and do one of these workouts at your highest intensity possible, and it will be the best 21 minutes of your day! I will explain: work 30 seconds and rest 10 seconds. Do this 12 times and there you go 7 minutes!! If you have time to do more than one circuit, don't hesitate! it will do you good!
